National Field Archery Association Fields - Archery and Soccer

Mount Marty College men's and women's soccer teams began play on the new soccer fields in the fall of 2010. The fields are part of land owned by the National Field Archery Association (NFAA). When it is not soccer season the Easton Field, a FITA Archery Range, transforms to a 90 meter grass field that has room for 70 targets and 140 shooting lanes. An awning covers the entire width of the range, providing shade for the archers between ends, and a lawn behind the shooting line allows for spectators during the various events.

The MMC club archery program holds their events and practices at the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Complex. This Olympic Training Facility boasts an indoor archery range where archers can shoot a full 70 meters indoors. The archery range has 18 targets, with 36 full-length shooting lanes, in a climate-controlled environment for year round shooting. With movable targets, the range can be set up for shooting at any distance, and can accommodate as many as 80 shooting lanes for 18 meter (20 yard) tournaments.
